Brief de Design de Logo

The business is a fishing guide/angling business based in Co. Clare Ireland. We need an image logo that has the possibility to change and adjust the text in it for different events. I have added some examples I was thinking a circular image with arching text above and below but I am open to other designs. I would like the image to include some element of fishing, Ireland or regional elements.
