Brief de Design de Logo

Develop a logo for our company "build and invest GmbH" based on our design wishes. It shows a very nice example. I like the fonts. A bit background to the company: it is an investment company with a venture capital arm and a company building arm. It wants to search for investments in the field of Real Estate, Energy, Mobility. The logo should be clean and reduced (no frills). Black on white paper
