Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Switzerland, canton Zug. The company is Called "Eldeen Facility Services" and is offering as told "Facility Services".

Facility Services means we are offering servies like shown on this picture:

We would like to have a logo with an Icon/sign on the left and on the right side the company name "Eldeen Facility Services".

In the icon you can use something invented by yourself wich stands for facility services or something like a building, house or hands etc.

Please use a modern design design.
- not too much sings/stuff
- simple and yet high quality style (not too noble)
- modern
