Brief de Web Design

We need a web design, approximately 7-8 pages for a cleaning company called "Activelink Cleaning Services".
We work with small office clients, pressure cleaning, strip and seal, small malls and shopping centres aswell as warehouses.
The colour pallet of the website should represent 'fresh, eco-friendly, clean, natural' - so the blues, greens, whites, lighter colours.
The design should communicate "Clean, fresh, eco friendly, professional finish."
Would like to see a "100% satisfaction guarantee" symbol in gold on the first page of the website(maybe at the bottom on the page) as well as "we beat any matching competitor quotes!"
I also need a logo that matches to be placed somewhere on the website.
