Brief de Design de Logo

For the Logo:
We need a logo created for a new company specializing in construction/renovations in the primary the condominium building industry. The name of the company HiRise refers to the buildings we do allot of work in.

The Logo should say HiRise Contracting
I havent decided if I would like it to say Renovations and Restorations under the company name so please use your judgement on design.

I Like a modern urban logo

I also attached some example logos that I really like.

For the business card:
It should be 2 sided. I have attached an example of a business card. I don't really like the business card I attached as an example but i like the tape measure design own the bottom if something like that can be added.

Card should have rounded corners.
