Your project is good but the budget is mentioned here is fairly low for the whole job yo asked.

In fact the budget is fair enough either for home page design with its HTML/CSS or Home page design and 2 inner pages design.

To get the other inner pages design, HTML/CSS and development you need to increase your budget.
