Brief de Design de Logo

We require a logo to be used as a focal point for promotional materials and publications for a sandalwood research & development conference. Sandalwood is a tree with an oil rich fragrant heartwood that is extracted for use in a wide range of perfumes and other aromatic products. ideally the logo would include 2 or 3 of these elements - Tree, Heartwood, Oil. the sandalwood tree is not a grand or pretty tree so any tree within the logo would need to reflect the type of tree it is. The oil occurs in the tree roots so this could also be used as an element in the design. Possibly oil drop with silhoutte of tree including roots.
