Brief de Design Graphique

I need a cartoonish snake graphic that will go on clothing. This would be in a handwritten letter L shape in the colours bold red, white and a little black perhaps. This would be a side profile with one large white eye with a small pupil. Think of a coral kingsnake type, but crazy eye, like it was shocked and a little ballistic. It would have an expressive large round white eyeball and protruding tongue. Like a crazy snake. Thicker rather then thin and preferably striped, but predominately heavy on the bold red. My severely amateurish drawing file of the L shaped snake actually sums up a majority of what I'm looking forward just need a pro to get it there. Colors: Bold red, white and black and maybe, maybe a very light touch of yellow if it just works to bring its character out.
