Brief de Design de Logo

Two young brothers (8 and 10 yrs old) have decided to start their own business - a You Tube gaming channel.
To that end, they need a compelling logo created that will help attract their target market - young children (ages 5-10) and their parents. The logo needs to be fun, but resonate with parents as well as kids. What makes their channel different from other gaming channels is that it's a family affair with guest appearances by dad, little sister, mom, grandparents, etc. The design should represent the fun of playing video games and communicate creativity, togetherness, and "newness."
We would like to see designs with creative but clean font (no script), 3-4 colors and that is clear but has at least one cool/novel detail. We will need a color guide as well as versions that are compatible with YouTube Channel Art and various backgrounds (e.g., clear, black and white, color) and sizes.
NOTE: We have attached some examples of logos we were drawn to due to design components (not necessarily theme/inspiration). However, we're looking for creativity, and not something that necessarily looks exactly like those examples. Additionally, there is a cartooned image of the boys, but we do NOT want it used in the logo itself - more just for inspiration or if your submission is able to avatar/caricaturize them. This is not a must have (to have them in the logo), just an option depending upon your style.
