Brief de Design de Logo

Note: I have removed the INC from the logo text requirement as it is not needed as I originally thought. I will contact the people whom have already submitted designs if I want them to resubmit with the correction. Thanks everyone for your patience.
We need a logo design with artwork in both full color and plain white format as well as a "white .png transparent file", please include 2 versions of each design idea. One with the tagline "Welcome to My World" and one without.
We also need matching business cards.
My World Travel Planners is a upscale seller of Cruises and Travel located in New York. We concentrate on sailings that are longer than 7 days with the exception of Bermuda from New York and are generally working with either groups or individual clients that book the luxury suites on board the mainline cruise lines(Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, Holland America) or book the luxury cruise lines (Silver Seas, Crystal, Viking Ocean, Regent Seven Seas, Hurtigruten).

The use of blue with yellow/gold and the tint of orange and black seems to show up nice, and the compass with the grid map underlayed is a great touch also. We would like to try to use the seasonal branding chart for colors used in spring and winter. Of course if you have another color scheme that works as we are all for looking at it.
