Brief de Design de Logo

We have a client who is in need of reworking their current logo. They are a group that funds lawsuits and are based in the New York area. Their initial design (included as a file) is with the colors green, gold, and blue and was intended to communicate money/finances. While it would be great if the new logo could still communicate that, they would also like something that is similar in look/feel/colors to the other logo attached (Liberty Bridge) as this is a sister company of theirs now. Perhaps the primary colors could be black/grey/white but still splash green/gold to communicate money somehow.
