Brief de Design Graphique
We need graphics for a corporate brochure, updated website and large signage located on development properties. We are open to a logo refresh - NOT a redesign. We are a commercial real estate mortgage broker located in Toronto, Canada. Let me try and simplify what we do. We find the money for customers (builders and developers)so that they build very large housing/townhouse/condo properties. We also have funds to invest.. this is important because if builders perceived we have money this will further their interest in our business. Our base color is green - we need a CKMY or PMS color defined. We may need to add a color or two to add some depth. We are trustworthy, honest, a little hip or cool,, innovative and very detail orientated. We want to communicate that have money funds or access to funds AND the customer comes first.
