Brief de Web Design

We need a logo and website design for an opinion mining startup called OpinionEQ. Our technology mines the web to automatically discover what people are saying about brands, products, etc. The project we are fielding here is for our informational, public-facing website. In its initial incarnation, it will simply be a vehicle for marketing materials and information on our company and its offerings, but it should be flexible enough to expand as more content/functionality is added.
