Brief de Design Graphique

I need some graphics for my web site. The current site is rentthebash.com. I’ve attached an outline with numbers by the graphics I want.

1. I need a new picture at the top with a new tagline. Needs to work when the window changes sizes and on mobile. I’ve attached a pic – I like the setup, but not the colors. You can go on istock and find a pic/pics that you think would work and use them, then if I like the design I can purchase the pic.

2. I need graphic boxes with text inside for the "why rent" section. See the models sites below. Will need a white outline, so that I can insert them in the site one at a time and they will not be on top of each other. Must be same size and sized so that they will automatically drop down a line when reducing screen size - they must work both side by side and on top of each other. Still working on copy, will provide at a later time
