After completion, Communes and Municipalities and Private operators rent the property from Solhemmet. The company is a subsidiary of SBB Samhallsllsbyggnadsbolaget Norden AB (www.sbbnorden.se), a publicly listed Real Estate Company in Sweden specialized in Community Services Properties. Solhemmet focuses primarily on elderly care homes, schools, kindergarten and other Community Services Properties.
