Brief de Design de Logo

Need a Logo Design, Web Site, Letterhead, PowerPoint Template and overall branding design. Want something compelling that will stand out in a crowded field of Leadership Coaches. I want a beautiful logo first then move to the other things. I am a bold coach with a style that is unique and my branding needs to reflect that. I want to appeal to people who can afford seminars, professional speaking fees, and professional coaching fees which run in the thousands. I want a mature serious logo that commands serious attention. Fajararta 2 seems to design serious bold logos so I want his designs or someone like him. I also want to do merchandising so my logo gas to be something that looks good on apparel, bags, etc. Below I attached a logo I like. I'm open to other creative ideas. My logo will lead the way for my branding and needs to have global appeal.
