Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a German project called "Madeka". It is a company that offers education and training away from thick textbooks for young physicians. The first product is an online course (produced videos with additional documents to download). This course deals with all topics that are important before starting your career (job search, application, employment contract, training, administration (medical association), basics of stress management). In the future, there will be other courses (online and offline) that will focus on communication (in the team, between doctor and patient). The logo should look simple and professional. Since the target group is between 25 and 30 years old, it should at the same time look young and fresh. In terms of color, it can be yellows, greens and blues (but not too colorful if possible). The name "Madeka" should be big. "Passion Medicine" is an additional description and should be smaller (maybe also under "Madeka").
