Brief de Design de Figurine

Hello! I'm trying to create a comic book-like/storyline character. He's a monkey in medical school. I would like him to seem youngish, equivalent to a human 20 year old. I'd also like him to be somewhat muscular but definitely not to extremely.I'm picturing him wearing a white doctor coat (but short, real doctors wear long coats and med students wear shorter coats) and maybe mint/turquoise green scrub pants. Right chest of white coat saying "Emerson" above the white coat jacket pocket. He could have a backwards red hat to give the impression that he's cool/has style. I'd like him to be humanistic so a likable/protagonist character. In a side pocket of the scrubs a stethoscope kind of falling out. I'd like him to be holding a retractor (example attached, it's a surgical instrument about the size of his hand, maybe slightly larger) in one hand and a notebook in there other. On the notebook written "H&P's". Instead of reading glasses I'd like them to be all black sunglasses half off so you can see his eyes.

I've also attached the type of cartoon style I was hoping the picture could look like. I'm trying to use him in a series of storyline so if we can work on creating this character I'd love to keep working together for many future projects.
