Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a new logo that represents the speed and swiftness of our industry and my company, as apposed to the pre-conceived notion of our industry which is thought to be slow and lethargic (i.e. no leaves, green, "rasta" or cartoons, or smoke, etc.). The logo should be symmetrical, and create a uniform shape with the text, as an example please defer to the money watch logo, that was the original spark of interest to redesign our logo. I need something people can immediately recognize when seen on product packaging. You can take a look at our instagram page and see some of the products we offer, and how we utilize our logo. We are not the main brand, we are the distributor, we don't want to take up to much space but want to ensure it is recognizable. We would like to see designs that use the color Orange, but can also be printed in black or white. I've also attached an example of one of our packages and how we utilize the WEW Brands logo. Please notice that our brand is on the back of the packaging and is not grabbing your attention as it should.
