Brief de Design de Logo

We are IF Craft Beer. IF Craft is all about innovation, creativity and experimenting in brewing. We are on a constant quest to discover new flavors and ingredients to bring the customer a unique beer experience. What if we add this… what if we change that… what if we push the boundaries of brewing together. We are starting a craft beer brewery in the Netherlands. Our mission is "Bring a moment of joy by sharing our love for craft and drive for quality." and our vision is: "We believe we can make a beer for everyone through creative and fun brewing. And we can only do that by listening to you."We are looking forward to be surprised by you as a designer.

We are looking for a logo that people can easily recognize. Simple but unique and creative. However, we remain open to be surprised by your creativity.

postscript dd May 26th:
Dear Designers,

thank you for all your creativity! We already posted further information to some of you, but with 3 days to go we realised that perhaps we can push you all a little further by some additional information.
We target a wide target audience. We do not believe the quote "I don't like beer", since there is a wide variety of possibilities, therefor always a taste that suits you.
The craft brewery will be small, aiming at the local market at first (pubs/liquor stores and (social/sports/neighbourhood) clubs), later hopefully for a regional market.

The logo must be easily recognisable from a distance, and can slightly refer to the brewers who all have background in science/research/experimenting/labs. However, it is the brewery and not the “nerdy science” that should remain in the memory of our audience when they see our logo and drink our beer. The beer association is that audience always can be sure that IF Craft presents them this great quality beer experience they can always rely on, but also on our creativity and experiments to produce an even better one.
