Can I just say that US$110 is a slap in the face for any illustrator reading this assignment? Regardless of geographical location. This, if taken seriously, is easily a job costing more than 10 hours. For a contest, that is a serious amount of time to invest. Put another zero behind the amount and you would have a ballpark figure you might pay a local craftsman that would illustrate this for you.
