Brief de Design de Logo

We are an property development and consultancy company based in London. We manage high end properties. Our logo doesn't work. It doesn't stand out in a clutter market. The font is too faint to have any impact.I like the colour scheme - not sure about the beige - but like the purple. I would be keen to see something that is on a colour background. But this is not essential.The logo will be used on my website, in business directories, business card stationery and also for signs for my office. The circles means that it takes up too much space on the page making the text smallerI am looking for a design that is professional, not fussy, it must NOT look like a property/house etc or have an icon that is a property/house. It can incorporate the slogan - Experts in Property Management
