Brief de Design de Brochure

We're looking for a brochure design that looks and feels similar to the Save The Date that went out for this event (ZIP file attached). It should be 8 total panels, in double-gate-fold format, and, when folded, should be no larger than 6" x 9" in finished size.

Please think of this as two-events-in-one: Friday night is the Shark Tank Competition/Reception, and Saturday is the Scientific Session/Jeopardy event, which will take place on Aug. 2 and Aug 3, 2019, respectively. MLMIC is sponsoring the Shark Tank event, so the MLMIC logo should be adjacent to the Shark Tank event info.

Exigences

Doit avoir

• - 1 area for the Saturday event schedule (the "2019 Scientific Session")
• - 1 area for the Friday event details (the "Shark Tank Challenge") - I know there is limited space, so feel free to use just the Shark Tank Challenge 'lettering' (with the 'bitten/eaten' letters) and not the whole image
• - MLMIC logo should be near the Shark Tank Challenge section because
• - 1 area for the faculty (instructors)
• - 1 area for the board members
• - 1 area for pricing
• - 1 panel saved for mailing information (see examples)
• - 1 panel for the cover, which must include dates, locations and name of event (“Prevention & Invention: New Notions by the Ocean”)
• - organizations' logos (Chapter, Society and NYCC logos clustered), MLMIC logo with Shark Tank event details
• - a 0.025" crop perimeter around the whole document
• - final art files (.ai, .eps, .idml, .psd) upon completion

Bien d'avoir

• Would like a design that looks and feels similar to the Save The Date that went out for this event (ZIP file & PDF attached), including the "shark fin EKG" illustration and "nautical" attributes, but we're also open to additional nautical-inspired ideas!

• - should not have too many colors; as you can see, we'd like to stay in the white/blue range
