Brief de Design Graphique

We are starting a new business in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize, and we need a logo designed. Think of it as a mini Whole Foods with speciality produce grown by farmers on the mainland (mixed lettuces, cherry tomatoes, colored bell peppers and more), fermented foods and drinks, fresh herbs, high quality yogurt and cheeses, micro brewery beers, boutique wines and all natural skin care. We will serve a small menu in-house, highlighting the items for sale, and we will have pre-packaged meals to go, as well as cold pressed juices, smoothies and coffees. The name is Roots, and the tagline is Kitchen * Market * Cafe (the stars should be bullet points). I'm visualizing a square logo with a tree as the focal point to highlight the roots aspect (maybe suggesting the tree of life) with the tagline underneath. We would like to see designs using greens and chocolate browns that showcase the locally sourced, small craft, all natural aspects of our shop.
