Brief de Design de Logo

It would be the face of a band member in a minimalist design preferrably just one color like gold or white with a dark blue or black background. (photo referrence included).
Make his eyes something like the referrence photo, make him not smile with a sharp jawline.
The text would be a semi- circle outline underneath the face.

***Update***
I forgot to include that the band name is DEX and I would also want it incorporated. Could be a semi-circle on top or part of Don's face at the bottom artistically.
In making his face can you please make his eyes almost the same with the referrence minimalist photo.
I'm not very strict as I also want the artist's contribution if they think it would be ok as long as they follow the guidelines

Bien d'avoir

• Nice clean smooth design, 3d effect on the words is nice but not necessary, less colors in a dark background. 2-3 colors would be fine, you can add lines (or something) if you want to make it aesthetically good
