Brief de Design Application

Mobile app-based reminder for patients after surgery. Often times once the patient goes home, they are instructed to take medications and perform other care for their wounds. This app will be designed to help patients keep on top of their care to ensure optimal outcomes after their surgery. See the attached video link (youtube) in the "Must Haves" section for example of our current beta version.

We have immediate room for improvements from the version in the video; looking for designer/coder to help us complete this project to move to consumers.
