Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my new biz to specialize in helping small business owners with their struggle to be efficient and effective on the web. People are tired of wasting money on courses and people that make them feel overwhelmed and stuck (hence "THE SOCIAL STRUGGLE) and so this coaching will empower them to be able to learn strategies that work specifically for their unique business. The target will be women (30-54). (I'm pretty open to colours). The final design should look professional, but approachable, personable and fun!
