For instance:

Clandestine "acts in secret" so this character might be wearing a cape or camouflage and using it to cover its body or face.

Havoc destroys things, so this character might be smashing the ground with its fists, sending up flames, or explosions or something.

Strident is harsh and loud, so this character might be shrieking or shouting, big mouth.

Alacrity is friendly, eager and bursting with energy, so this character might have a big smile, wavy hair, and with arms ready to give you a big welcoming hug.
