Brief de Design de Poster

We are running a wellbeing challenge. Every week we run a challenge under a different theme. We need 5 themes to start with:
- Connect
- Be mindful
- Get moving
- Give
- Grow your mind

Each theme needs to have the following:
1. Match the colours of the icons provided under each
2. Have a clear place for the word where these can be changed but utilising the same theme. For example, under connect, we will run a number of different challenges but the theme will remain the same.
3. Each theme will have the following:
-This week's challenge
- Points
4. The Wellbeing Challenge logo

The content under each of the themes will be as follows:

1. Connect
This week's challenge: Have a shared meal with your team - take a photo and post it on the challenge forum
Points: 10 points per person that attended if you had more than 75% of your team

2. Be Mindful
This week's challenge: START something that will improve your wellbeing, STOP something that is bad for you - Be mindful of how you feel at the end of the week.

3. Get moving:
This week's challenge: Do a minimum 150 minutes of exercise this week required for good general health - try something new!
Points: Take your usual 1 point per 30 mins exercise but give yourself an additional 10 points if you do 150mins or more for the week.

4. Give:
This week's challenge: Do a random act of kindness every day this week
Points: 1 point per day PLUS 10 points if you complete 1 every day

5. Grow Your Mind
This week's challenge: Learn something new every day! Read a research paper, watch a TED talk, DIY, learn something about your workmates
Points: 1 point per day PLUS 10 points if you complete 1 every day
