Brief de Design de Flyer

We need a 1 page A4 size flyer (need it asap please) that describes on 1 page with art work and using photos the services we provide. I have included some examples of old previous flyers from our other (seperate divisions of the business) I have named a photo called (photo for top of design) however you do your design this photo needs to be the star of the page by either having it at the top or bottom of the page please and we usually like this photo to be in greyscale colour.
we do like greyscale designs but are open to see what you come up with as a whole page of grey white and black might not suit.
