Brief de Web Design

I need a website. I had a company doing it, and it looked very nice, but they went way up on hosting costs and said they owned the design of the site. I changed hosts to keep costs down. You can see the current design at belmonthearing.com. They said I could use the copy and images from the current website. So you could cut and paste to speed things up. My logo and other images are on the current website. If you are unable to use I can send other digital copies.
