Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo / branding for the website and business cards. The company is called Resilient World Solutions Limited. We are dealing with the "21st Century Corporate Risks" - terrorism, cyber crime, money laundering, human trafficking, anti bribery, traditional "theft" and helping organisations to prevent, identify, mitigate and investigate these issues.
I would like something that recognises the risk (without scaring the hell out of everyone) but also elicits the sense of calm and that there is a "solution" (ie us!)
The logo needs to be simple and able to be used on a mobile device as well as laptop etc.
The logo will also be used on letterheading and any other branding.
The logo needs to be generic across all business types as the issues we will be dealing with cut across all industries.
