Please sir check my design

Hello competition owner. I decided to give you a different look. I used the symmetrical sign of infinity. And you punished me with 1 star. Please adjust. Low ratings downgrade the designer's personal rating. If you do not like a design - you better eliminate it without putting stars.

I'm struggling with actually finding a design that's going to work. I just now saw the Capital One logo: [Non image link removed]and am wondering if this type of effect could be adopted for my design? Not to directly copy it, but I like what the flying wing in that arc - frontier shape suggests.

Also, instead of all text being in Arial type text (no serifs), I'm liking the designs I've received that use a combination of serif/non-serif text. Also FISCALIS should carry more weight/emphasis than Advisory. Additionally, any graphics should not overwhelm the firm name. THANKS! Sorry I didn't find this group messaging feature sooner!
