Brief de Design de Podcast

Id like a a square piece of podcast cover artwork (1400x1400 pixels) designed for a new podcast Ive created for Entrepreneur First, a leading tech investor based in Europe and Asia. The podcast is called Three and a Half Founders and is about 4 entrepreneurs, discussing their experience building a company from scratch, including one who hasnt raised money yet (hence the 3 and a half founders title)

I need a square piece of artwork (1400x1400 pixels) that is:

A) Graphic based
B) That reflects the concept of Three and a Half
C) Follows the fonts and colour guidelines Ill give you
D) Includes the Title Three and a Half Founders; the company name; By Entrepreneur First and the company logo

Ive attached a piece of artwork from a previous podcast, Scaling Ambition, Ive done for the company to give you a feel for the type of thing I want. A title, simple graphic, , By Entrepreneur First; and the company logo which looks clean and professional. The company has since done a rebrand - hence the new colours and font - but they still want to convey a clean professionalism.

I have also attached a couple of samples from other designers that I wasnt entirely happy with for this podcast - I like that both tick all of the boxes above (Graphic based, reflect the concept of Three and a Half; follow font and colour guidelines etc.) but Im looking for fresh ideas and takes, so please be creative and come up with something fresh.
