Brief de Design de Logo

I'm creating a new website for my online legal services - I offer trademark protection services.

The name is: TRADEMARKINGS

The website is www.trademarkings.com.au

I've attached a picture of the website mock up to date. (Ignore the old name of "Trademarkable")

Tone/style: i'm looking for a logo that is very simple. Even just a couple of lines, slight colour chage etc. I see the name trademarkings to be either "markings" as in marks or squiggles, or "Trademark Kings" as in the Kings of Trademark services. I'll leave it up to you.

**Perhaps some squiggles/markings that also suggests "king" would be great!**
That way both ideas of the name are hinted at.

CAPS/lowercase: i'll leave that to you

Ideally, it should be horizontally biased to work well with this theme, which is http://elegantthemes.com/preview/Divi/

Font must be in: Raleway - http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Raleway
-or at least a very similar font

Colour: try to stay in theme

Width to height very roughly ratio 6:1 (logo being website name either with or without symbols or other artistic additions).
