Brief de Design de Logo

We are a startup company called 'Nimbusight'. We offer a software as a service solution for companies using Amazon Web Services that helps them reduce their cost of that usage. Our customers are technology oriented, and we are in the market of Cloud Computing cost reduction. We make a complex task for customers easier by automating and simplifying things, and we would like the logo to reflect that simplicity. The logo should include some reference of a cloud. It will be used both online and offline, so it needs to "work" on white as well as several grey and black colors, or have a background that allows for a use on other backgrounds as well. (for a reference - the source of our name - Nimbus is the Latin word for "Cloud" and Sight refers to the fact that we create insights for cost reduction). Our tagline is "Reducing Cloud Computing cost, one task at a time" - we may want that included as well, so such proposal are welcome.
