Brief de Design de Logo

Need a design for a hard hat sticker as an achievement incentive for workers in a manufacturing plant. Our team has achieved 250 consecutive batches of ACC-1 product (high quality). The sticker will be a 5-point star measuring 1.5". I am not sure if all of this will fit and be readable, so I am open to suggestions on how to make it work. If I need to change the shape or size of the sticker design, that's optional. I was thinking I'd like the star-shaped perimeter of the sticker to read "DCM Hayward Consecutive ACC-1 Batches" with a big "250" in the middle. I would like to try it with a white background and green writing: HTML #009933
