We are in the stage of creation and registration of a new company, which will be dedicated to the Administration of Real Estate Projects, with headquarters in Monterrey, Nuevo León. Our business is based on the methodology of the Project Management Institute to carry out the services we offer, which range from a Project Management, an Owner Rep service, Technical Audit, to Due Diligence and Project Monitoring, the differences among these services are the number of personnel and the level and type of deliverables that we provide to the Client, which are mostly Financial Institutions, or Real Estate Developers.
