Brief de Design de T-shirt

We want to celebrate goals (both personal and professional) accomplished by our employees at our company. I am going to be adding an almost hidden number on the image, so I will need to know what kind of font to use. (Hidden kind of "where's Waldo" style)!The shirt will look artistic, not at all a logo, but its own drawing that tells a story. We own and manage apartment complexes in several cities, some of which have urban community gardens on them. We are passionate about our employees that work here, and strive to support them personally and professionally.The image will be printed in one (1) color and will be weathered/vintage looking as shown in the green on black image. I am including a logo on another shirt we did that our employees love (green on black image). I also included an image of a couple of shirts (the blue and red one) that really show the scale of the image we are seeking. The red one pictured is very cool with that "vintage-poster" vibe. If that look could be created, it would be AWESOME!I also included a mural in front of one of our apartment complexes. So, the "Headline" on the shirt will read "Greenleaf- Crushing Goals, Living Dreams. Ask me about mine!" And then put a vintage cartoon fist for the goal crushing. Stars in the sky to symbolize dreams.
