Brief de Design Wordpress

I am a newbie to e-commerce and website development. I need website designed for my Mobile Tactical Laser Tag party rental business. I have already developed my company Logo and therefore I am looking to maximize my branding. Therefore, I have put some concept Ideas into a powerpoint presentation to sort of help promote some creativity (since I am not creative). What I am looking for is a site that I can take and continue to develop as time passes. I need the site to be highly interactive (I do not want static site) would like plenty of movement and clickable interaction/ sound is a plus. With plenty of Pictures (some I will provide at later date). The site should be informative as well as a platform for customers to be able to schedule an event and also make the necessary payment right online (call to action). I would like for the site to have a picture/video gallery for media that i will collect at a later date after providing services for my customers. (Also, Picutures can be used/not used or manipulate however creative you can be)
