Crest, a new Sydney-based natural mineral water company, is in need of a dynamic label for its range of still and lightly sparkling bottled mineral water.
Background:Crest aims to become a leading supplier of premium mineral water in Australia and overseas, known for its purity, freshness, balanced mineral quality and, importantly, our environmental sustainability with a view to becoming carbon neutral at the earliest.
Design brief:We are looking for innovative and creative designs that will distinguish Crest water as an up-market, high-quality bottled mineral water product. We seek to build a brand that is crisp, clean, and aesthetically interesting. We are open to designs that are experimental with shape, size, texture or transparency. The label will need to include at a minimum:
1) Crest name and logo (see company logo attached)
2) The product name (Natural Australian spring mineral water) – with two versions for still and “lightly sparkling”.
3) A white rectangular square for the barcode located in the bottom left-hand corner.
Not essential, but we are interested in different versions that may include space for a short blurb/story of the product or a minimalist approach with no text aside from the product name and brand.
The label is for a premium product in the market. The bottle will be glass only and should avoid the impression of a large scale, mass-produced plastic bottled water. The two label attachments are a guide only as we would welcome your views and suggestions.
