Brief de Design de Logo

We need a elegant, minimalistic design that incorporates elements of environmentally conscious business decisions for a company that handles all aspects of building management. We would like to see designs with the colors black, silver and gold. The final design should communicate the idea of a one stop shop for all building maintenance needs but achieving those needs in an environmentally friendly way. Ive included logos of what our current company logo is.

• We would like to see the colors gold silver and black, but are open to suggestions to meet our needs. Try to match our requested environmental theme as well. Possibly match the theme of our current logo. Possibly the buildings behind our current logo somehow?
