Create a Brochure Design that also works for sending as pdf-document.

Task Description

We need a combined corporate brochure (Booklet style) to give out to potential clients as well as sending it to potential clients through Internet as pdf-document.

We need a background template with pictures and colors that gives the impression of professionalism, trustworthiness and seriousness. Attached text in English but the text will be translated into different languages to fit different markets. Therefore we would like to receive one template including the text and one without any text (but with the logo). Please inform us where (any) pictures and/or photos on the template have been taken from in order for us to buy and use them legally.
