Brief de Design de Logo

We are establishing a performance/developmental coaching and consulting business based on a range of tools and techniques to create individual growth and an evolving business culture. Our business will support both individuals and corporations online and face to face. At the crux of this will be a mentality of action (we are not for everyone - If you are not prepared to take action, we may not be the business for you).We are looking for an image to accompany the name. It needs to be simple enough to draw free hand and easily recognisable on its own. No more than three colours. We are leaning towards maroon and potentially pink in the colour scheme.
