Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for an Emergency Room company that is kid-friendly and will make our ER seem more inviting and welcoming to all patients. Especially children. The ER sees both children and adults but we would like a standing (2 legged) lion wearing a white coat with a stethoscope around its neck (what a doctor wears). The logo is to portray an inviting and welcoming feeling to patients. It will be used in advertising and on an electrical billboard, so NOT a lot of fine detail would be needed, so something that could be shrunk or blown up and still look fine. I have attached the picture of a lion, which is just an idea of what we were thinking, but not that lion in particular, and we would like it wearing a doctor's white coat, stethoscope, and maybe the company logo (also attached).
