Brief de Design de Logo

The Brief is to Design a logo for a The logo should express the positioning of the business as trusted advisors, property expert with a focus on finding their customers the right property to purchase. Whilst property investment property can be viewed as a serious (boring) space to operate in, we are actually also a little bit playful, cheeky, unconventional, just a little bit different, just a little bit left of centre. We pitch to customers that are just a little above mainstream, we aren’t cheap but we are not exclusive – we want to appear premium but achievable and approachable.As an example – see attached PDF file, the ING Logo. This company is a bank, they sit in a serious space but their branding is quite fun and quirky (e.g they use comedians in their advertising) and they are not aimed at rich people but are also not a cheap brand.Please ensure you view the attached PDF to see the colours and some design inspiration that we have preparedThe Company: Experts in sourcing and securing property for both owner occupiers and investors, but focused towards investment. Logo features:Company Name: FindMyProperty.com.au Graphic device: please use your imagination to come up with a graphic device to form part of the logo. We like the idea of the graphic being an owl, or an owl with binoculars/glasses, a house, a magnifying glass, map drop pin/navigation symbols. Font Styles: we leave this up to the designerColours: Orange, CharcoalFinal designs will need to be provided in full colour and greyscale, transparent background with copies of both full logo and graphic device separately.
