Brief de Web Design

We are a software company being in the BtoB market for over 20 years. Our product is a software tool that allows for very flexible and versatile cost calculations for companies. We sell to all industries in over 40 countries with 500 clients. We have fairly recently seen a succesfull "competitor" (www.apptio.com) come up in the niche market of IT costing. This competitor has launched an independent platform with regards to managing IT costs (www.TBMcouncil.org). In this independent platform standards are set, events are organised and books are written. Since our software can handle all type of costing questions we can en already do play a role in IT costing. We have therefore become a sponsor of the TBM council. Besides that we came accross the opportunity to buy the URL: www.tbmsoftware.com Which we did. We are now looking for a design on that landing page that communicates the fact that the visitor has landed with a company that have in depth knowledge on the TBM subject and provide an effective an affordable tooling for TBM. Currently the difference between the professionalism of our own website (www.costperform.com) and that of the competitor (www.apptio.com) and the independent council (www.tbmcouncil.org). is too big.
