Thank you for the invitation to take part on your very interesting project. I?the idea. And it's helping people in need, which is fantastic.

Now as this is your first website, I'll try not to be too technically.

Did you need this to be a fully functioning website as a shopping cart? As your "scope of works" only mentions a PSD - which is a photoshop file and will not have the capacity to function as a website, it's basically a multi-layer image file, unless you have someone available to turn a PSD file into a coded website?

I can build sites in wordpress, magento, opencart & Joomla platforms as shopping carts. Wordpress is the most easiest to use and it includes the function of a blog which would be very useful for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) ranking on google.
