Brief de Web Design

We need an overhaul of our website front end design. We need a new look and a modern take on the products we sell and service we offer. We sell plain stock in a variety of bag types and offer a printing service of customers branding and logos. Customers request online quotes and this facility must be an easy one step process for users. Our logo is currently green and orange and we are not really looking for re branding at this stage. The final design must communicate that we are the leading printing specialist throughout the country, have been in operation for 15 years and have a vast amount of experience and expertise. The design must instantly show the products available and the ability to request a quote for the desired product.

• Our home page featuring all the products as selectable entities and a short description of what each bag type is when the user hovers over the image.
• Then the product landing pages must show different sizes of that product type. On each page there must be a quick quote button that goes to the quote screen with the features and information to select or include for a quote to be processed. The logo is green and orange and still should have this present but happy to move away from this on the website pages in general.I have so many product pictures and unable to upload them all here. The categories for products are as follows:
• Kraft Paper Bags
• Laminated bags
• Non-woven bags
• Calico bags
• Wine bags
• Florist bags
• Plastic Bags
• Printed Bags
• Gift Boxes
• Tissue paper
• Wrapping Paper
• Custom Bags and Boxes
• There also needs to be a gallery page that showcases work we have done. The ability to have a description for each photo in the gallery would be great.
• A general bag size page would be great and one content page that is about us and another for contact us.
• A free sample button so a user can request a sample. Phone number must be included on this page and unable to submit with a valid phone number.
• Our phone number should be prominent.
• A search feature please.

• I dont want users having to scroll too far down to find information. The icons of the bags on the home screen should almost appear on one screen.
• I can upload all my content and pictures so no need to get them from me. I really want your look and feel and design layout that i can then work from.
