What is the max file size for the animation? Can you also give reference to some copy which will be on the banner? I can transition multiple lines of copy/imagery across the design if needs be? or it can be a simple CTA with copy?

Hi, I don't have an answer on max file size, I'm afraid....the response I got was "we've never had a problem uploading before - I can ask but our IT person takes forever to answer....". Sorry it's not very helpful. I spoke to them previously about a gif file switching between 3-4 images - does that help?

No worries - everything should be okay. I just know that with previous clients I had designed an animated gif to find out the max file size was 150KB on their google ads which caused some issues in the types of transitions used as the file size was too large.

I will design as I would for now and if you decide to go with my design ( which I will be posting tomorrow ) we can discuss amending the gif if there are upload issues.
